The Environmental Law Society has big plans this semester! West Virginia University College of Law is becoming a leader for energy and environmental law. As a result, we have an obligation to be educated and aware of environmental issues - not only in Appalachia, but around the globe. The ELS and its members are dedicated to promoting environmental awareness, activism, and well-informed policy making. The following are tentative ideas for this coming year:
